Who We Are

PraRish Legal is a Chennai-based multi-practice law firm. We advise individuals, businesses, and institutions on a broad range of legal matters — bringing rigour, clarity, and genuine commercial understanding to every engagement.
Our practice spans litigation and dispute resolution, corporate advisory, insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate, banking and finance, and regulatory matters. We work across the Madras High Court, the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, and a range of specialised tribunals and regulatory forums.
We believe that good legal advice is also plain advice. We aim to give our clients a clear picture of where they stand, what their options are, and what we recommend — without unnecessary qualification or complexity.
